Shipping & Returns

Returns: Your Satisfaction is Top Priority.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ModernTribe.com. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 60 days of receipt and we'll be happy to issue an exchange or refund. For domestic US shipments, we will even issue you a return postage label so you can ship the package back at no cost to you!

Here are the basic steps to return your item:

Call us at 877-324-1818 M-Th 9-5 PM F 9-1 PM EST or send an email anytime to returns@moderntribe.com requesting a return shipping label. We will email you the return label.
Pack the item securely in the original package.
Enclose the original packing slip with the item.
Please make an effort to return the products in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories.
Print the return label and affix it to the package.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the products returned only. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Shipping:

Ground Shipping

GROUND shipping is either through FedEx Ground or UPS Ground and both allow online tracking. We have an integrated automatic shipment notification which includes a tracking number. If for some reason you did not get a tracking number, contact us and we will email it to you.

Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA or our distributor's warehouse in Boulder, CO. GROUND shipping is a flat rate depending on the amount of your order.

$0-$20 = $5.95
$20.01-$50.00 = $7.95
$50.01-$75.00 = $9.95
$75.01-$100.00 = $10.95
$100.01-$200.00 = $12.95
$200.01-$300.00 = $14.95
$300+ = FREE

GROUND is charged per "ship to" location so, for example, if you are mailing some things to yourself and a gift to a different address, you will be charged the GROUND shipping based on the subtotal for each "ship to" address.

Please note: An additional fee of $15 will be applied to all GROUND shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Intra Oahu.

Time for Delivery through Ground Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt of GROUND shipped items. Yes, GROUND may be faster but it sometimes does take a full seven business days. If you must get a package by a certain date, choose expedited, guaranteed delivery.

** If you order after 1 PM EST on Friday, your package will ship out on Monday morning.**

Expedited Shipping

If you must get a package by a certain date, choose expedited, guaranteed delivery. We offer expedited shipping options:

Standard Overnight (delivery by next evening),
First Overnight (delivery by next morning), and
Express Saver (3 business days guaranteed)

You can choose expedited shipping options during checkout and costs will be calculated for you there.

Please note: Express Shipments will ship out the same day if they are made before 5 PM EST M-Th, 1 PM EST on Fridays. If you are making an Express Shipment after these hours, the package will go out the next business day.

International Shipping

We will ship international. An additional fee of $15 will be applied to international shipments. International shipments will be through USPS, which is the only reasonably priced international shipping option. United States Post Office can take about 10 business days to most locations. But it may take longer. Also, your shipment may have to clear customs which may cause additional delay. Also, please note, we cannot offer paid return postage for International shipments.

Shipping Procedure
