Accordion Books contain a single sheet of heavy weight acid-free paper, folded and bound to hold up to ten 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 photos. The silk cord and button closure provide both decorative and functional elements.
Each handmade book can be displayed as a standing set of frames or as a two-sided book. Some suggested uses include: a mini scrapbook, love letter, invitation, baby announcement, attendants gift, photos for grandparents and holiday greetings. Combine photos, drawings and written notes to make your own unique creation.

Skilled Bookbinders
Rag & Bone has been binding books for almost 20 years. Every aspect of the binding process is handled in their bookbinding studio. Raw materials such as board, papers and designer textiles are sourced from local vendors and trained bookbinders carefully turn these materials into quality books which will last a lifetime. Founder Jason Thompson has written two books on bookbinding and journaling.
Handmade
Each book is created solely by hand: the fabrics and papers are cut by hand, the boards (covers) are glued and wrapped by skilled bookbinders. Rag & Bone Albums are each drilled and sewn by hand one-at-a-time, and our journals and other bindings are assembled using tradtional bookbinding tools and techniques.
Archival
They use acid-free papers for all of books. And just as important, our skilled bookbinders create books which are well-bound, and made to last.
